Dr .Deema Ali Al-Shammery is the Director of Research and Innovation Center - Riyadh Elm University She is Associate professor in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics , she participated as a keynote speaker in multiple national , regional and international conference , supervised multiple master thesis and published multiple peer reviewed papers. She is reviewer at multiple web of science Q1,Q2 journals and she is Associate Editor at the Saudi journal of oral science, she is the co founder of summer research school program. she was selected by center for government communications as one among top 100 Saudi female leaders who represent the Saudi Arabia regionally and internationally
